original and largest winery featuring daily tours and free wine tasting of over 51 fruit, varietal-fruit blend
and premium grape wines. Enjoy quality, farm fresh fruit wines, locally grown grape varietals and premium grape
varietal styles. View wine making in all stages of production from crush to fermentation to bottling. The
entire process takes place at the historic Carlsville schoolhouse.

Panacea Peach. Of recent, more people are becoming familiar with Door Peninsula's premium grape wine offerings like
the traditional stylings of Cabernet Sauvignon or Chardonnay. Wine produced by Door Peninsula Winery
is often described as food friendly and palate friendly with a soft, light tanin finish.

casual dining experience featuring homemade cuisine with a specialty flare at Bistro 42 located in
the Door
Peninsula Winery in Carlsville. Here you will find a classy, yet casual dining experience. The Bistro 42
is quickly becoming known for its stone hearth oven, fire baked pizzas made with homemade dough, and hand tossed crust as
well as the Panini lunch menu.
The Bistro menu changes frequently so you always have
the freshest fare. Come for happy hour specials from 4 - 6 pm and enjoy the wine and beer bar. Groups and events
